Shipping and handling

Our parcels are packed in ComPOST and POLLAST!C satchels (home compostable satchels made from waste corn and rescued ocean bound plastics  by the betterpackaging.co), and sent to you 100% carbon neutral. Each pair of Flipslides comes in a reusable produce bag that we encourage you to fill with healthy greens at your local market.

 

Orders are usually posted same or next business day. We send from Abbotsford, Victoria and you will receive tracking details via email (directly from Australia Post or Sendle) once sent. Postage within Australia is a flat rate of $7.00 and delivery will generally range from 2-6 business days depending on your location. We also ship internationally with a flat rate of $9 for New Zealand and other countries prices from $15, visible at checkout.

 
Returns and exchanges

We understand that things don’t always fit or feel right for everyone, so if you are not happy with your online purchase we will happily provide a refund (excluding shipping cost) or exchange upon return within 14 days of receiving your order. When trying on your purchase, please ensure you do so at home on the carpet as we're unable to accept returned orders if the item has been worn or damaged after purchase. Return postage is covered by the customer, but we will not ask you to pay for shipping again if you choose to exchange your order for a different size or colour. If we can’t provide you with an exchange, we’ll issue a refund. All refunds are processed via the original method of payment and will be processed within three working days of receipt of the returned order.
